I have no artwork, can you help?
Yes. Our in-house artists create a free digital proof from your logo, sketch or even a napkin drawing. Revisions are unlimited until you approve.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum. We accept small orders from 1 piece, with tiered wholesale pricing that drops as quantity increases (best rates at 500+).
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7–15 business days after proof approval. Rush service is available for urgent orders — ask your sales rep.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or bulk orders?
Yes. We offer nonprofit discounts and tiered wholesale pricing for bulk and repeat orders. Contact us with your quantity for a quote.
How do you ship and what are the payment terms?
We ship worldwide by DHL/FedEx/sea with full tracking. We accept T/T bank wire, PayPal and L/C for larger contracts. A sample/deposit is required to start production.
